Shipping Policy:
Orders may take 1-90+ business days to ship. We ship all orders through USPS First Class or Priority Mail (depending on what you choose at checkout) which includes tracking information. You will be notified once your order has been shipped along with the tracking number. If you are needing your order sooner, please reach out and we will do the best to assist.
We only ship to U.S. addresses within all 50 states.
Damaged Goods Policy:
Upon arrival, please inspect your order and contact us within 2 business days of the delivery confirmation date if the item is defective or damaged, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. Please send photos to taylor@shopuptownblonde.com so that we can take care of the issue.
We are not responsible for damages to items caused by improper care or handling.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects.
"Lost" Package Policy:
If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Uptown Blonde IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement. Once you are given the tracking number, you take full responsibility for the package.
If an order is shipped from Uptown Blonde to an incorrect address that you as the customer provided, you as the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping. We WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. Uptown Blonde WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
